We offer as much transparency as possible so that our customers know when they will receive their order. Upon checkout you will receive confirmation of the estimated delivery date as well as the shipping fees which are specific to the destination. We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing may take an additional 2-3 business days. Most of our products are created at the time of order so please be patient while we craft your personalized item. 

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship all orders via US postal service, FedEx, UPS, DHL and other local carriers. Customers can select their preferred shipping method during checkout:

  • Standard Domestic (US) Shipping (5-8 business days)
  • Expedited Shipping (3-5 business days)
  • Express Shipping (1-2 business days)
  • Shipping to Canada (7-14 business days)
  • International Shipping (10-21 business days)

Please note that these are estimated time frames and may vary based on customs processing and local delivery conditions. We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, and duties that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the purchase price and will be collected by the delivery carrier if applicable.

  • Standard Shipping: Starts at $4.90 for orders up to $49.99
  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders $50 and over (all countries)
  • Expedited and Express Shipping costs range by location and will be confirmed at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at [your email]. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
